In light of the surge in parcel deliveries, several residential complexes are adopting parcel management systems that allow them to track the parcels being delivered and automatically notify the recipients. The lobby is becoming a distribution center and the management of these operations, which used to by manual (e.g. records on sheets), is now being automated.
